This 4-week block has been designed to improve the essential characteristics underpinning elite sprint performance: strength, power, elasticity, and more.

Following this program, you will perform two sessions each week: one strength-based, and one dynamic effort/power-based. All exercises have hyperlinks to a video demonstration for greater clarity.

The program capitalises on the body’s response to novel/new stimuli by implementing a wide variety of exercises in a progressive manner.

Due to the varied nature of the program from week to week, you will be able to repeat it multiple times without any sign of performance plateauing.

The program is specifically designed to be followed alongside my event-specific sprint training, as both are general templates for my 1:1 coaching provision.
